Lancashire Constabulary Supplier Engagement Event

The existing Lancashire Constabulary Reactive, Repairs and Planned Works Framework Agreement expires on the 31st March 2022. 

The Constabulary want to replace this Framework with a new one to start from the 1st April 2022 and in conjunction with Constructionline will be holding a supplier engagement event on the 6th July 2021 at its Headquarters in Hutton Preston.

The new framework will be split into the following disciplines of work:

  • Groundwork
  • Joinery (including UPV)
  • Plumbing
  • Roofing
  • Electrical
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Fabrication.

The supplier event will provide background on the Constabulary Estates dept, details on these disciplines of work, the Framework procurement process and how to join Constructionline.

The event is being organised in conjunction with the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Course who will be organising the registration to attend this event on behalf of the Constabulary.

The North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce is the county’s largest private-sector business support organisation, representing, supporting and promoting the interests of it’s 1,600 members.
Membership of the Chamber is open to all businesses in the area, irrespective of size or sector.

As a result of COVID 19 the event is restricted to 30 suppliers so there will be two events, one in the morning starting at 9am and one in the afternoon starting at 2pm.

Spaces are limited to two people per supplier so permits will be issued on a first come first serve basis.

Car parking on site is also limited to one vehicle per supplier.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ

The following information is very important and must be read by everyone attending this Supplier Event -

This means you will be required to undertake a lateral flow test at home no more than 24 hours prior to attending the police headquarters.

These results MUST be reported to the NHS Test Track Trace system via https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result This will generate an email/text confirmation of the result which should be kept and shown when arriving at the building.

If any at home test is POSITIVE, then you MUST NOT attend this event.

 Please note for security reasons it is essential to register on line as the venue is within the Constabulary’s Headquarters complex and you will NOT be allowed on site without a permit which you will receive once you have registered with Constructionline.
